Tips to overcoming sleeping regressions

Babies are very sweet in nature, and they are a gift from the gods. Every child is an answer to every mom and dad’s prayer. However, sometimes even new born babies have teething issues, and because of that their health gets deteriorated.

And, one such problem is the issue of 4 month sleep regression. This issue happens with various babies, and this problem is a huge headache to all parents. However, as parents, apart from doctor’s advice, you also have to do various things so that you can at least mitigate this issue. So, here we are, giving you advice upon sleep regression, and how you can tackle it for your child’s sake.


Remember to do what works best for your baby:
It is not about what is best for you; it is always about your baby. So, remember what works best for him or her. Try to stick with the plan that works the best for your child. Check out the sleepy baby cues:
Babies like people making gestures and sound in front of them when they need to calm down and sleep. So, try out various faces, smiles, winks and other hand gestures in front of your child. Note down what he or she likes, and repeat that every time, so that you child can overcome the 4 month sleep regression.

Keep crutches for your child:
Change the current crutch of your child if he or she is suffering with sleep regression. You can easily put in new crutches and test them out. Check what works and install them accordingly.

Check for changes:
If you feel that you are getting some results with any kind of changes, then remember to implement them. Do not forget to note them down. Sometimes, just a change of a small thing can work for your baby. Hence, do not discredit a simple and a small change.
