the current crutch of your child if he or she is suffering with sleep regression. You can easily put in
new crutches and test them out. Check what works and install them accordingly.
Check for changes:
If you
feel that you are getting some results with any kind of changes, then remember
to implement them. Do not forget to note them down. Sometimes, just a change of
a small thing can work for your baby. Hence, do not discredit a simple and a
small change.
