Noodles are one of the most loved meals for everyone in the
world. Especially it is children’s favourite meal, because they can gorge on it
at any hour of the day. The best thing about noodle is it contains lot of
proteins, minerals and vitamins, which is really essential and healthy for
diet. These noodle recipe are made of many different types of flours so
that people can choose according to their diet.
So
here is an amazing noodle recipe
which would help you cook a delicious noodle
for your kids, family, friends and you. This recipe serves for four people.
Ø Noodles ( 400 grams)
Ø French beans ( 6- 10)
Ø One grated onion
Ø Finely grated cabbage
(1/4th)
Ø Oil
Ø Thin medium sized
stripped cut carrot
Ø White pepper powder
(1/4th teaspoon)
Ø Soy sauce
Ø Thin stripped cut green
capsicum
Ø Bean sprouts
Ø Vinegar
Method
Take
6 cups of water in a sauce pan and boil. Then put the noodles, add some salt to
it and let it boil for some time. While it gets boiled, cut the onion into thin
slices and grate the cabbage. Now slit the French beans from middle and then
cut into diamond shape. You can also cut the beans slant ways to give an
interesting shape to it. Now when the noodles are boiled completely; drain off
the hot water and keep it under cold water for some time. This is because the
cold water avoids the adhering of the noodles.
Cut
carrot into small and thin pieces and slit the green capsicum into thin pieces.
Now pour two tablespoon of oil into a non stick pan and let it heat for 30
seconds. Now pour the cut onion and carrot, grated cabbage, French bean and
toss it for some time in the pan. Now remove the noodles from the cold water
and pour it into the frying pan and keep tossing with the vegetables. Now pour
one spoon of soy sauce, white pepper powder, vinegar and bean sprouts and toss
under high flame for half a minute.
Serve
hot with selected sauces and enjoy the healthy meal of this noodle recipe.
