As we grow our life style changes and people start facing several health related problems that makes them weak. Yoga postures can be helpful in all sorts of aches and pains. Daily practice of yoga can keep you fitter for longer. Some of the yoga mudras (postures) that can help you in fighting with achy back are discussed further.  Such yoga for back pain can be really helpful.
Facing-Downward Dog: Keep your hands and knees on the floor and keep your hands in front of shoulders. Now, start pressing your body back and push your tailbone upward. Take somewhat 12-15 breaths and then move back slowly. This one is one of the old yoga pose that makes back portion stronger and strengthens muscles.   
Child Pose: Stretch out your arms straight and sit down on buttocks. With the straight hands in front come in rest position. Now in this position wait for 2-3 minutes. Keep doing this for 15-20 times. This pose looks like that you are in a rest position. This position helps in de-stressing and gives a healthy sleep. 
Triangle Pose: Place your feet together and stand straight. Now, take your left foot 3- 4 feet back. Turn your body to a side and start stretching your right hand downward and left hand upward. Keep both the hands and legs straight. Keep repeating this posture for 18-20 times. 

Effects of Yoga on Back Pain
Yoga postures that are discussed above are having been beneficial for back pain. These postures if done well and under the guidance of a trainer, then there will be no side effect. But practicing yoga in a wrong way can lead to many difficult problems. Always try to hear the instruction of trainer and practice in same manner. You can do it without any trainer also and have good results but good postures are essential.
